We do not really want to do this but we do not have the time nor the staff anymore to give the attention to this site that we once did. This site deserves so much more than what we have been able to muster in the past year or so. As much as we love this site we have seen the downgrade in services we have been able to offer our loyal readers and we are not happy with it. It is time to pass the torch to someone else and allow them to take the site to the heights it should be.

Over a year ago we switched the site from Geeklog to WordPress, and as of now the site runs on WordPress. The forums run on phpBB, and we have yet to update them to the latest versions as they were heavily modded. We have our own hosting and are willing to extend that hosting to you, but we need to know the demands of bandwidth/space you are thinking of using before hand. We charge yearly.

The visits to this website have remained steady throughout the years. Many Google searches and links to articles and forum posts on this site come up on front pages. We are a heavily indexed site with a ton of information about the Silent Hill series of games.

The number one thing to us is that someone who believes in the site, who believes that it is much more than just a ready made spamming list, is the one who purchases it. We expect a clear business proposal (doesn’t have to be all formal but that doesn’t hurt) telling us how you would run the site, where you wish to go with it, and why you want the site. If we smell any hint of you wanting to use the site just for marketing some crap or spamming the user base we will deny your offer.

All payments must be verified and made final before the sale will complete. Details will be sent to seriously interested parties.

As we stated, as much as it pains us to do so, the site itself deserves more than we can give it at this time. We hope to find someone who is willing to take it that extra step.
